1. Purpose
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of ALLKILL AI, operated by BlueCode (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including AI article creation, article review and editing, scheduled publishing, automatic publishing, external blog connection, P charging, PayPal payments, and related functions.
2. Definitions
- “Service” means ALLKILL AI and all related functions provided by the Company, including AI content creation, review, publishing management, automatic publishing, P charging, payment processing, and customer support.
- “User” or “Member” means a person who signs in through a method provided by the Company, agrees to these Terms, and uses the Service.
- “Workspace” means the working area where a user manages publishing targets, writing profiles, generated articles, scheduled publishing, automatic publishing, P balance, and usage records.
- “Publishing target” means an external platform connected by the user, including Google Blogger and WordPress.
- “Generated content” means titles, bodies, summaries, images, metadata, CTA text, and other content generated or edited by AI based on keywords, topics, prompts, profile settings, or other inputs provided by the user.
- “P” means internal service points used to access paid features within the Service.
3. Effect and Changes to These Terms
- These Terms take effect when posted on the Service or otherwise made available to users.
- We may amend these Terms within the scope permitted by applicable law.
- If a change is material or unfavorable to users, we will provide reasonable notice of the effective date, changed content, and reason for the change.
- If a user continues to use the Service after the effective date of amended Terms, the user may be deemed to have accepted the amended Terms, unless separate explicit consent is required by applicable law.
4. Service Functions
The Company may provide the following functions. Availability, naming, pricing, supported channels, and operational details may change depending on service operation, external API policies, technical conditions, or business decisions.
- Keyword-based topic candidate generation and storage
- Writing profiles by blog or publishing target, including tone, sentence style, CTA, templates, target audience, tags, required keywords, and prohibited keywords
- AI article generation, AI image generation, article expansion, cleanup, and compression
- Article review, direct editing, immediate publishing, and scheduled publishing
- Automatic publishing based on day and time slots
- Google Blogger and WordPress publishing target connection and publishing result management
- P charging, P usage, deduction, refund, restoration, bonus, reward, and usage history management
- PayPal payment processing for P charging in el servicio en español
- Notices, FAQ, inquiries, reviews, and support functions
5. Account Registration and Account Management
- Users may sign in using Google or Apple on el servicio en español. Naver and Kakao login are not provided on es.allkillai.com.
- Users must provide accurate information during account creation and service use and must not use another person’s account, identity, or authority without permission.
- Users are responsible for managing their account, login method, publishing target connection information, WordPress Application Passwords, and other credentials.
- The Company is not responsible for damages caused by the user’s negligence, unauthorized use, credential leakage, or third-party access, unless caused by the Company’s intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
6. External Publishing Target Connection and Permissions
- Users may connect only publishing targets that they own or are legally authorized to manage.
- To connect publishing targets, users may provide OAuth tokens, WordPress Application Passwords, API credentials, or other authentication information.
- We use such authentication information only for service-related purposes, including retrieving available targets, uploading images where required, publishing content, verifying results, and handling failures.
- Publishing may fail or functions may be limited due to external platform policy changes, API limitations, account suspension, expired permissions, authentication failure, network issues, or platform outages.
- Users are responsible for complying with the terms, posting policies, advertising rules, copyright policies, privacy policies, and anti-spam policies of each external platform.
7. Review and Responsibility for AI-Generated Content
- The Service assists users in creating and managing content. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, legality, timeliness, originality, ranking, revenue, or commercial performance of generated content.
- Before publishing, users must review generated content for factual accuracy, copyright, trademark, publicity rights, privacy, advertising compliance, external platform policy compliance, and legal risk.
- Users are responsible for content they generate, edit, save, publish, republish, or distribute, including legal liability, platform sanctions, third-party disputes, and damages arising from such content.
- We may review generated content and publishing logs to the extent necessary for service operation, troubleshooting, quality improvement, abuse prevention, policy enforcement, and legal compliance.
8. Prohibited Conduct
Users must not engage in the following conduct.
- Creating or publishing content related to illegal gambling, explicit adult content, illegal drugs, unlawful financial products, fraudulent investment schemes, criminal conduct, or other unlawful activities
- Impersonation, fake reviews, deceptive advertising, misleading claims, or content likely to confuse consumers
- Infringement of copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights, privacy rights, reputation, or other rights of third parties
- Entering, storing, generating, or publishing personal information, sensitive information, private account information, credentials, or API keys of others without authorization
- Excessive repeated generation or publishing of identical or highly similar content, spam publishing, or attempts to bypass external platform policies
- Bypassing or interfering with security, billing, P charging, authentication, publishing limits, API limits, or service restrictions
- Inserting malware, malicious scripts, phishing links, harmful links, or deceptive links
- Actions that harm the reputation of the Company or the stability of the Service
9. P Charging, Deduction, Bonus, and Rewards
- P is used for paid functions within the Service, such as article generation, image generation, or other paid features.
- P is not cash, electronic money, a deposit, or a payment instrument transferable between users. Users may not sell, transfer, pledge, exchange, or convert P into cash except as expressly permitted by the Company or required by law.
- We may display or configure P deduction standards, free trial limits, bonus standards, and reward standards through the Service screen or admin settings.
- If article generation or image generation finally fails and no usable result is provided, we may restore deducted P or free usage according to operational standards.
- If generation succeeds but publishing fails due to external platform errors, expired permissions, API limitations, user settings, or network issues, the generated result has been provided and P used for generation is generally not restored.
- Review rewards, event rewards, bonus P, promotional P, or other non-paid P may be excluded from refunds and may be revoked if abuse, duplicate reviews, meaningless content, policy violations, or fraud is detected.
10. Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds
- El servicio en español may process P charging through PayPal. Payment availability may depend on PayPal policies, country restrictions, payment review, fraud screening, and technical conditions.
- A payment request that has not been completed may be cancelled according to the payment flow or by contacting support where available.
- Unused paid P may be refundable according to applicable law and the Company’s refund standards. Refunds may require verification of user identity, payment record, usage history, and PayPal transaction details.
- Already used P, bonus P, event P, reward P, promotional P, fraudulently obtained P, or P used in violation of these Terms may be excluded from refunds.
- If chargeback, dispute, unauthorized payment, fraudulent payment, or payment abuse is suspected, we may suspend charging, P usage, refund processing, or account access until the issue is resolved.
- PayPal fees, currency conversion, tax, card issuer policies, and payment provider policies may affect final payment or refund amounts.
11. Taxes, Receipts, and Payment Records
- El servicio en español primarily uses PayPal for payment processing. Payment confirmation, receipts, transaction IDs, and payment records may be provided through PayPal and/or the Service where available.
- Users are responsible for reviewing their own tax, accounting, and reporting obligations related to business use, advertising income, content monetization, or other commercial activities.
- Payment, refund, dispute, and usage records may be retained as required for accounting, tax, audit, fraud prevention, dispute handling, legal compliance, and service operation.
12. Publishing Failure, Scheduled Publishing, and Automatic Publishing
- Scheduled publishing publishes user-approved content at a selected time.
- Automatic publishing may generate and publish content according to user settings, writing profiles, topics, time slots, channel settings, P balance, and service policies.
- Scheduled or automatic publishing may be delayed, skipped, or fail due to server conditions, external API status, expired authentication, insufficient P balance, user configuration errors, platform policy restrictions, network issues, or security controls.
- Users must regularly review automatic publishing settings and disable unused or unintended settings to prevent unwanted publication.
- We may store failure logs, request and response summaries, retry counts, error messages, and publishing metadata for troubleshooting and service operation.
13. Intellectual Property and Content Use
- Rights in original content entered by users remain with the relevant rights holder.
- We may process user content to the extent necessary for service provision, storage, editing, publishing, backup, troubleshooting, abuse prevention, quality improvement, and legal compliance.
- AI-generated content may have limitations regarding ownership, exclusivity, originality, or usability depending on applicable law, AI provider policies, external platform policies, and third-party rights.
- Users must review generated content for third-party rights, plagiarism risk, inaccurate claims, or unauthorized use before publishing.
- Users must not copy, distribute, sell, reverse-engineer, or misuse the Company’s service screens, logos, UI, programs, databases, operating know-how, documents, or templates without authorization.
14. Service Restrictions and Content Actions
- We may restrict service use if we confirm or reasonably suspect violation of these Terms, applicable law, external platform policies, abuse, excessive repeated requests, security risk, payment abnormalities, infringement of third-party rights, spam publishing, or harmful conduct.
- We may restrict generation, storage, publishing, republishing, or automatic publishing of content that violates policies or creates legal, security, payment, spam, or platform risks.
- In urgent cases, including security incidents, lawful requests from authorities, payment disputes, or external platform enforcement requests, we may take necessary measures without prior notice.
15. Service Changes, Suspension, and Termination
- We may change, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service due to operational needs, technical issues, external API policy changes, legal changes, security needs, payment provider restrictions, or business decisions.
- We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, emergency inspection, outage recovery, server migration, security patches, or external service failures.
- If the Service is terminated, we will provide notice where reasonably possible and provide guidance regarding remaining paid P according to applicable law and operational standards.
16. Privacy
We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Users must not enter or publish personal information of others without authorization. Users should also avoid entering sensitive personal information, private credentials, government IDs, health information, financial passwords, or other unnecessary sensitive data into prompts, generated content, support inquiries, or publishing materials.
17. Disclaimers
- We are not responsible for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, power outage, telecommunications failure, cloud service outage, external API outage, payment provider outage, external platform policy changes, or user fault.
- We do not guarantee factual accuracy, legal suitability, search ranking, visitor growth, revenue growth, platform approval, avoidance of sanctions, or specific commercial outcomes from AI-generated content or publishing activities.
- We are not responsible for damages or disputes caused by a user’s violation of these Terms, applicable law, external platform policies, or third-party rights, unless caused by our intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
18. Damages and Liability
If a user violates these Terms or applicable law and causes damage to the Company or a third party, the user must compensate for such damage. To the extent permitted by applicable law, our liability is limited to ordinary and direct damages. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law or where damages are caused by our intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
19. Notices and Contact
We may notify users through the service screen, notices, registered email address, in-service notifications, or other reasonable methods. Inquiries regarding service use, refunds, payments, privacy, publishing failures, or technical issues may be submitted through support functions where available or by email.
20. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes between the Company and users shall be submitted to the competent court under applicable civil procedure rules, unless a different mandatory jurisdiction rule applies.
21. Supplementary Provision
